VIRGINIA BEACH — The Virginia Beach-themed Nike Dunk SB Low sneaker design won an Instagram contest and will be made for purchase.
Kenny Jones entered the contest earlier this month. His design went viral two days after he posted his entry.
Each contestant created a shoe inspired by a city of their choice. Jones chose Virginia Beach, where he moved as a first-grader and spent most of his life.
The three-round contest spanned over nearly two weeks. Jones’ design had heavy support throughout.
